A short update – before covid, this area would have more active listings than the number of sold in a prior 6-month window – that has reversed and we now have a shortage of listings in our area. Large acreage tracts use to be one of the slowest in our market to sell but now I have clients coming from out of state to see large tracts to find many have been sold or placed under contract before they get here.
